Seminar Series on the Building Blocks of Turkish Cuisine: “Table Olives”

In the seminar titled “Turkey’s Table Olives,” we listened to the enchanting journey of olives from our Board Member, Nedim Atilla, and the Gemlik producer Mahmut Sulaksubaşı. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to taste 34 different types of olives, ranging from Southeastern Anatolia to the Mediterranean, from Southern Aegean to Northern Aegean, and from Eastern Black Sea to the olive varieties whose homeland is present-day Greece.
