The society conducts studies in the field of gastronomy, encourages and supports individuals and organizations engaged in such studies.

It produces and commissions various periodical, ongoing, visual, and digital publications related to gastronomy.

The society initiates and engages in efforts and activities aimed at establishing the "Turkish Cuisine Research Institute."

It designs and implements education programs in line with its objectives. It supports educational institutions engaged in such activities and assists students.

The society organizes seminars, panels, themed meals, gastronomy fairs, conferences, tours, competitions, exhibitions, practical workshops, and similar events both domestically and internationally. It supports and participates in such events organized by others.

It collaborates with private and public institutions related to gastronomy and all its fields.
