Following the conclusion of the ESSEDRA project, an initiative of the European Union in which we participated as Türkiye’s partner, efforts to preserve local food heritage, support small producers, and record unique products of our country with distinct characteristics such as geographical and production methods continued with the Anatolian Tastes Inventory initiated by our association as a continuation of ESSEDRA. Within the scope of ALE, a total of 71 products from all over Türkiye, from Izmir’s Karabaş Herb Jam to Konya’s Beyşehir Tarhana, have been meticulously studied and recorded with all details.
