In the seminar, we hosted Gürsel Tonbul, who has contributed to an exemplary success story in our local and organic products, and Prof. Dr. Kenan Demirkol, one of the most knowledgeable experts in clean, honest, and fair foods, enlightening the community for years. Gürsel Tonbul, the founder of Turkey’s largest organic farm located in Kuşadası, shared the inspiring story of his farm, which has grown with patience and hard work over twenty years. Additionally, the seminar provided a comprehensive assessment of the current state of organic and local agriculture, extending to the issue of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
