In the seminar where we heard the stories of various regional cheeses from our board member Nedim Atilla, we not only tasted cheeses but also witnessed some surprising ways of using them.
Participants got acquainted with Trakya Eski Kaşar, Kars Kaşar, Erzincan, Karakıllı, and Kargı tulum cheeses, as well as Turkish (Germiyan) Kopanisti cheese and Seferihisar Armola.
