During May 3-5, 2013, Gastronomic Society of Turkey embarked on a trip to Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa, coinciding with the season for sahan kaymağı. The journey was highlighted by indulging in local cuisine, particularly at Şirehan Hotel, where they savored authentic regional dishes.
