"Artisanal Cheeses" Seminar Series: The Building Blocks of Turkish Cuisine

April 14, 2016, MSA During the seminar, where we listened to our board member Nedim Atilla tell the stories behind a wide variety of regional cheeses while tasting them, we also witnessed some surprising ways these cheeses are used. Participants got an up-close look at Trakya Eski Kaşarı, Kars Kaşarı, Erzincan, Karakıllı, and Kargı tulum cheeses, as well as Turkish (Germiyan) Kopanisti cheese and Seferihisar Armolası.
