Gastronomic society of T\u00fcrkiye gathered at \u00c7ok \u00c7ok Pera to taste a menu specially prepared by Thai Royal Chef Khun Nuch, head of \u00c7ok \u00c7ok Thai, the leading representative of classic Thai cuisine in Turkey, and \u00c7ok \u00c7ok Pera, which offers contemporary Thai cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0The event began with tastings of Royal Kitchen and Rak\u0131 Hot Chili cocktails from Ernest\u2019s Bar by Fatih Akerdem in Istanbul. It continued with the presentation of Chef Nuch\u2019s menu, accompanied by Doluca Tanit, Signium Roze, and Karma Merlot & Bo\u011fazkere wines. The dinner highlighted the harmony of spices, hot and sweetness, the prevalence of coconut milk, lemongrass, cilantro, and seafood like crab and shrimp, and the balance in all dishes. Chef Nuch introduced traditional tools used in the preparation of \u201cReri Hna Pu,\u201d made with crab meat and rice flour, and explained the preparation process of the molting crab used in \u201cPla Phad Phrik Thai Dom.\u201d The night concluded with thank-you speeches to the kitchen and service teams, and plaques were presented to Chef Nuch, restaurant manager Ey\u00fcp Erdo\u011fan, and Ferzan Kazdal on behalf of \u00c7ok \u00c7ok Pera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
