Following the conclusion of the ESSEDRA project, an initiative of the European Union in which we participated as T\u00fcrkiye’s partner, efforts to preserve local food heritage, support small producers, and record unique products of our country with distinct characteristics such as geographical and production methods continued with the Anatolian Tastes Inventory initiated by our association as a continuation of ESSEDRA. Within the scope of ALE, a total of 71 products from all over T\u00fcrkiye, from Izmir’s Karaba\u015f Herb Jam to Konya’s Bey\u015fehir Tarhana, have been meticulously studied and recorded with all details.<\/p>
