Seminar Series on the Building Blocks of Turkish Cuisine: “Honey Tasting”

In the seminar where Altıparmak Food R&D and Quality Director Aslı Elif Sunay was the speaker, we listened to the detailed journey of honey, which has been sweetening human mouths since thousands of years before the discovery of sugar. While participants learned about the characteristics of our local honeys by tasting them, the issue of adulterated honey was also discussed. Detailed information was shared on how to protect ourselves from adulterated and mixed honeys.
