Gastronomic Society of Turkey organized a panel titled “Geographical Indications in Turkey and the Culinary Dimension of Geographical Indications” on November 28, 2014, as part of Sirha Istanbul 2014, held at the Istanbul Congress Center in Harbiye. The panel, moderated by Ahmet Örs, featured speakers Prof. Dr. Yavuz Tekelioğlu and Ayşin Işıkgece.
